Fastening material for perforated metal planks B<\/strong><\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Fastening material is supplied by Lichtgitter CZ for all types of gratings and for all commonly supplied and designed types of supporting-structure profiles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • For BZ profiles, the so-called \u201colive\u201d is used as the top part of the fastening element, inserted into the eye of the profile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • All bolts and nuts are supplied in stainless steel, or\u2014like the other parts of the fastening material\u2014in hot-dip galvanized finish.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • By bolting sheet metal profiles together (fastening materials No. 27 and 29), we achieve a more favorable load distribution and prevent the formation of a trench edge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Each individual profile, or profiles bolted into elements wider than 300 mm, must be fastened to the steel structure at least at four points. For widths below 300 mm, two fastening elements are sufficient.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • All fastening elements must be inspected periodically, depending on the conditions of use, and screw connections tightened if necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    No. 21 Standard fastening element<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    It is an element consisting of a bottom part, an M8x… countersunk-head screw ISO 2009 (DIN 965), an M8 square nut DIN 557 and, for the BZ profile, the so-called \u201colive\u201d.
    The fastening element is intended for profile types BR, BP, BP-\u00dc, BZ and BN-O.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    No. 22, 23 Hook-type fastening element<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    No. 22 is intended for sheet metal profiles supported on beams without a bottom flange (L profile) and consists of a lower hook, an M8x… countersunk-head screw ISO 2009 (DIN 965) and, for the BZ profile, the so-called \u201colive\u201d. The type of beam for which the element is to be used must be specified in the order.
    The fastening element is intended for profile types BR, BP, BP-\u00dc, BZ and BN-O.
    No. 23 is the same as fastening element No. 22, but for beams with a bottom flange (U profile).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    No. 24 Fastening using a spacer profile<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Prevents the formation of a trench edge at the profile joint and at the same time ensures a proper connection of the profile to the supporting structure. It consists of a spacer profile, an M8x… countersunk-head screw ISO 2009 (DIN 965), alternatively self-tapping countersunk-head screws ISO 7050 (DIN 7982), washer 9 DIN 126, nut M8 ISO 7042 (DIN 980).
    The fastening element is intended for profile types BN-O and BN-G.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    No. 24 Butt joint \u2013 new<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Used for fastening to the structure at the contact point of two profiles, without the need to drill holes into the beam. It consists of two clamps, a threaded strip with three M8x… screws according to ISO 7050 (DIN 7982) and two olives (see element No. 32).
    The fastening element is intended for profile types BR, BP, BP-\u00dc, BZ and BN-O.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The fastening element is intended for profile types BR, BP, BP-\u00dc and BZ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The fastening element is intended for profile types BR, BP, BP-\u00dc, BZ, BN-O and BN-G.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    No. 27 Connecting clamp \u2013 new<\/h2><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Prevents different deflections of loaded and unloaded profiles so that a trench edge greater than 4 mm does not occur. It consists of a spring steel clamp.
    The fastening element is intended for profile type BZ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The fastening element is intended for profile types BR, BP, BP-\u00dc, BZ, BN-O and BN-G.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
