Anti-slip type of pressure-locked gratings

For normal conditions of use of floor gratings, the anti-slip properties of standard forge-welded SP gratings or pressure-locked P gratings are sufficient.
For environments with the presence of oils, ice or other contaminants increasing the risk of slipping, and when gratings are used on inclined footbridges, it is necessary to use gratings with an anti-slip design.
The anti-slip design consists of a special shaped finish of the bearing or spacing bars.
Lichtgitter offers several types of anti-slip grating designs for various application conditions.

Designation of the anti-slip design

The anti-slip design of pressure-locked gratings is designated by a capital letter X placed before the designation of individual types, followed by the designation of the anti-slip type.

Designation (for example): XP 330-33-3, protiskluz č. 3

Variants of anti-slip design for pressure-locked gratings P

Anti-slip type No. 2

Cross bar continuously serrated, bearing bar without serration.

Anti-slip type No. 22

Both cross and bearing bars continuously serrated.
With this anti-slip type, the grating is edged with a serrated flat bar.

Anti-slip type No. 3

Both bearing and cross bars serrated; with a standard cross-bar spacing of 33.33 mm, there are always two serrations per mesh.

Anti-slip type No. 31

Both bearing and cross bars continuously serrated.

Anti-slip type No. 32

Cross bar continuously serrated, bearing bar without serration.

Anti-slip type No. 42

Cross bar continuously serrated, bearing bar without serration.
