Racking gratings

Floor gratings are also suitable as shelves for all types of racking systems, especially for industrial and commercial use. Thanks to their design and versatility, they provide a reliable and safe solution for storing various kinds of materials.

Advantages of racking gratings

  • Fast and easy installation – especially in pallet racking, gratings are equipped with anti-shift features and usually do not require additional fastening material

Pallet racking

For pallet racking, pressed gratings are the most suitable; they are designed according to the required load and mesh size. Their design usually ensures secure fixing directly in the rack without the need for additional anchoring.

Cantilever racking

For cantilever racking, we offer gratings from a wide range of pressed and resistance-welded variants that can be adapted to specific load capacity and dimensional requirements.
Sheet metal profiles are also a suitable solution for cantilever racking and are usually laid across multiple bays. The production length of sheet metal profiles can reach up to 10 meters, enabling efficient coverage of larger areas.

Wire mesh gratings

For storing light to medium-weight, evenly distributed loads or cardboard packaging, we can offer lightweight wire mesh gratings. These are suitable for both cantilever racking and pallet racking.
