Fastening material for sheet sections

Floor gratings must be secured against rising or sliding off the bearing structure. Each grating should be fixed at least in four points, preferably in the corners.
Fastening material is supplied by Lichtgitter CZ for all types of floor gratings and for all commonly supplied and designed types of bearing structure sections.
Depending on the application conditions, all fastening members must be inspected periodically, or if necessary, screwed joints must be tightened.
Unless otherwise stated, all types of fastening members, including bolts and nuts, are hot-dip galvanized.

Clamp No. 21

No. 21 Standard fastening member - it is a member comprising of an upper clamp, countersunk bolt M8x… DIN 963, square nut M8 DIN 557 and, in the case of BZ section, a so-called handle. For the BN-O type, bolts and nuts M6 are used.

Clamp No. 22, 23

No. 22 Hook fastening member - it is designed for sheet sections on vertically laid beams without flange and it is comprised of a lower hook, countersunk bolt M8x… DIN 963 and, in the case of BZ section, a so-called handle.
No. 23 is identical to fastening member No. 22, but for beams with flange. The type of beam for which the member should be used, is provided in the order. For the BN-O types, bolts and nuts M6 are used.

Clamp No. 24

No.24 Fastening with an adjusting section - prevents a trip edge from occurring in the place of jointing sections and also secures a faultless connection of the section with the bearing structure. It is comprised of an adjusting section, self-cutting countersunk screws DM5x20 DIN 7516, countersunk bolt M6x..DIN 963, washer 6.6 DIN126, nut M6 DIN980.

Clamp No. 25

No. 25 Fastening member with an "S" clamp is a member comprised of an "S" shaped hook, countersunk bolt M8x… DIN 963 and, in the case of BZ section, a so-called handle. It is only suitable for beams with the flange thickness up to 9 mm.

Clamp No. 26

No. 26 Direct screwed fastening - provides a safe connection with the bearing structure, comprises of a countersunk bolt M8x… DIN 963, washing 9 DIN 126 and nut M8 DIN 980. For the BN-O type, bolts and nuts M6 are used.

Clamp No. 27

No. 27 Connecting piece - in the case of not screwed parts it prevents a trip edge from occurring at large pitches and it enables to distribute load. It is comprised of a jointing member and self-cutting countersunk screws DM5x20 DIN 7516.

Clamp No. 28, 29

No. 28 Screwed joint - By screwing sheet sections together, a more favourable distribution of load is achieved and an occurrence of a trip edge is prevented. It is comprised of a bolt M6x16mm DIN 933, washing 6.6 DIN 126 and nut M6 DIN 980.
No. 29 is the same as fastening member No. 28, but it is comprised of a bolt M8x20 DIN 933, washing 9 DIN 126 and nut M8 DIN 980.

Clamp No. 30

No. 30 Fastening with an angle bar - prevents the sheet section from rising. It is comprised of an angle bar 30/30/3…50 mm long and two self-cutting screws DM5x20 DIN 7516

Clamp No. 31

No. 31 - The connecting plate is suitable for interconnecting individual parts and for limiting the transfer of load. This requires bolts, washings, nuts, and a plate with holes adapted to the section.

Clamp No. 32

No. 32 Handle - the upper part of the fastening member for BZ sections made of grey cast iron without a surface finish or made of plastic
